Yes. Each room has its own R$/m² and area. A kitchen can be worth more than a laundry, and the total reflects that.
Is per m² pricing for construction or for design?
For quoting the construction or the design simply, by area. When you want stage detail (preliminary study, executive) use Complete project; when you want a percentage of the real construction value, use the Real construction value model.
