Yes. Limify lets you sell just the preliminary study as an 'entry point', then offer an upgrade to the full package with progressive discounts. It works like a funnel: you close the client on a small stage, then grow the scope as trust builds.

How do I charge for complementary projects (structural, plumbing, electrical)?

Limify treats complementary projects as optional modules with an additional value per m². Typical range: R$ 8–30/m² per complementary project. You can price them all together in the package OR sell them as an add-on to the client.

How long does it take to build the proposal?

5 to 15 minutes after the initial briefing. You enter the area and typology, choose the stages and the system calculates everything. Most of the time goes into the conversation with the client to understand the scope: the calculation is automatic.
